Your boutique telehealth clinic for expert obesity medicine that improves blood sugar, energy, metabolism, and long-term health — not just the number on the scale.
This is a clinic built to slow down and take the time to look at the full picture, using every appropriate tool—nutrition, education, physical activity, lifestyle strategies, and yes – medication, when needed—without dismissing your concerns or glossing over important health concepts.
This is care that asks better questions, explains what’s actually happening, and moves decisively.
Tried of the dieting, intense exercise, food tracking, apps, and even medications — and ready for something different? Our clinic strives to provide expert medical guidance without shame, rushed appointments, or treating patients like just another number.
These evidence-based approaches aren’t just for people with diabetes. Anyone looking to optimize their metabolism, balance blood sugar, and feel healthier can benefit from our personalized, data-driven care.
You’ll always work directly with a dedicated clinician who knows your story, your goals, and your data.
We take the time to explain why one choice might fit better than another, empowering you to make informed decisions.

Food is medicine — and your plan should fit your life. Our individualized nutrition counseling focuses on creating sustainable eating habits for your needs.

Go beyond the scale. We analyze key biomarkers and body composition data to fine-tune your metabolism, energy system, and more.

Get a real-time view of how your body responds to food, activity, stress, and sleep with the help of 24/7 wearable sensors.
Willpower isn’t the problem—biology is. By pairing the most effective anti-obesity medications with proven medical nutrition strategies, we help you lose excess weight and achieve lasting metabolic wellness.
Unlike many other practices, I believe in giving my patients the time they truly deserve. During our first visit, we’ll spend a full hour together exploring your health history, goals, and challenges. Follow-up appointments last 30–45 minutes so we can track your progress, make adjustments, and ensure you feel fully supported every step of the way.
Most people who find us have already done the usual things—cleaned up their diet, moved more, counted calories, followed the rules. And yet the weight still won’t budge, or it only responds under extreme measures like cutting out all carbs.
You’re not here because you haven’t tried hard enough. That’s not a discipline problem. It’s a biological one.
At Cascadia Medical Weight Loss & Nutrition, this is our focus. We spend the time to understand patterns in how your body responds—so we can explain why things have felt stuck and what your body actually needs in order to change.
Some patients come to prevent future health problems. Others are already watching their list of problems and symptoms stack up. Still others are told everything looks “normal,” yet know something isn’t right.
All of them deserve thoughtful, medically guided care that’s easy to access and includes their input.
You won’t be blamed. You won’t be brushed off. And you won’t be told to try harder when the problem isn’t effort—it’s physiology.
When progress only happens under extremes, when hunger and cravings feel louder than they should, or when your body refuses to respond to the “usual” things, that’s biology talking—and we listen.

The most reliable way to determine coverage is for me to send the prescription to your pharmacy and see how your insurer processes it. Some plans require prior authorization; outcomes range from full denial to affordable copays. I manage all required paperwork and will keep you informed throughout the process.
Our clinic uses both modern and established weight-management medications.
This includes GLP-1 receptor agonists such as Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Ozempic, as well as other evidence-based medications that support appetite regulation, reduce cravings, stabilize blood sugar, or help address binge eating.
Treatment is tailored to your individual medical history, symptoms, and goals.
This is a great question that I get all the time. Most people need at least 3 months to achieve a minimum health goal – usually a number on the scale, or a pant size. For patients who have more than roughly 15 lbs to lose, this “minimum health goal” usually extends out closer to 6-9 months or beyond. This timeframe is also more realistic if you are looking to truly make a difference in your metabolic health, not simply fitting into your skinny jeans again.
Remember, the other half of this program, beyond the weight loss, is to keep it off and improve your overall health. We will accomplish this by addressing your underlying dietary lifestyle and eating habits.
How long is that going to take? Usually longer than 3 months, in my experience working with patients. But don’t worry – you have access to me during our monthly visits, as well as via email and our online patient portal. You will be supported via direct education, recommendations personally tailored to you, and easy-to-digest (pun intended!) handouts.
Your monthly payment covers your virtual visit with me, which includes medication titration and dose-tolerance assessment, as well as nutrition counseling and resources (meal plans, recipes, education materials, etc.). If we are using insurance to cover your medication, that cost is separate and is paid directly to your pharmacy as you normally would pay for medications.
If we are not using insurance, the cost of your medication (and any necessary supplies) is also separate but is billed through the clinic. It is a separate receipt from your virtual visit, for easy record-keeping. The cost of medication varies by dose. Please feel free to send me an email, or book a free consultation if you have further questions about payment.
You may begin with a Free Consult or proceed directly to a New Patient appointment.
